with address at Barangay Cumabao, Tumauini, Isabela, under oath states:

1. That I am married to YEONGU KIM on September 2, 2016 in Municipal of

Tumauini, Isabela;

2. That in our Certificate of Marriage as recorded in the Office of the Civil

Registrar of Tumauni, Isabela, Philippines, it is stated that my husband’s
residence is at 301 No. 29-1 Toegyewon-Myeon, 59 Beon-Gil Toegyewon-
Myeon, Seoul, South Korea;

3. That the typist had inadvertently and erroneously typed the address mentioned
above;

4. That the truth and fact is that my husband YEONGU KIM’s address is at 301
ho, 29-1, Toegyewon-ro 59beon-gil, Toegyewon-myeon, Namyangju-si,
Gyeonggi-do, Korea;

5. That I am executing this affidavit of discrepancy to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and to use the same for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

6. Further, I am declaring that from this date hereon I would be using the true
and correct address of my husband in all my papers, records and other
documents.
