Philippines is facing a lot of problems.

Isn’t frustrating and heart breaking to realize that

government offices working for government department/agencies, who should command their ship and
be responsible for the protection and welfare of the people, are the very ones demonizing the system?

Even if the President changes the department heads, nothing will change, because the problem
lies from within the crevices of each office

But we can solve the problems in the country if we have decisive leaders who will lead with
honesty and integrity, set aside personal interests, leaders with vision and purpose, leaders who have
the discipline to get things done, leaders who will serve without seeking anything in return, and if we, as
a people as Filipinos will have a change of heart.
