Greetings !
The Ilocos Norte Youth Development Office with the cooperation of SK Federation
of Carasi will conduct a Sports Festival on August 3-4 and August 10-11, 2019 at
Marcos Stadium, Laoag City.
In preparation for this Sports Festival, we have to produce t-shirts for the players.
However, we could not afford to provide all the expenses needed for the said activity
due to financial constraint. Thus, we are coming and knocking at your generous and
supportive hearts to extend and share your blessings for the said activity. We believe
that whatever financial help you can give will surely contribute to the success of this
