Rule V, Section 30 of the IRR of SK reform Act of 2015 otherwise known as RA 10743 mandated any “SK
Official, whether elected or appointed, or any member of the LYDC must undergo the mandatory training
program before he/she can assume office.”

In line with this, may we invite your SK Treasurer, SK Secretary and SK Kagawad who have not undergone SK
Mandatory Training last 2018 - 2019 to the 2020 SK Mandatory Training to be conducted at _______________,
on ________________, 2020.

SK Officials must bring and wear the following:

1. Copy of SK Mandatory Training Pre-Registration Form (with 2x2 Picture)
2. Proof of payment of registration fee
3. ID (school, company or any other government issued ID)
4. Dress Code
Male Female
T-Shirt or Polo Casual Dress
Pants T-Shirt / Polo / Blouse
Shoes/Sandals Pants/Knee length skirt
Shoes/Sandals

Training fee is P 2,000.00 (National Budget Circular No. 563 dated April 22, 2016) per SK Official chargeable
against barangay’s 10% SK Funds.
