This is to remind you regarding our legal services agreement made and executed last
November 21, 2014, relative to the FORECLOSURE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGES in the name of
the following: Barrera, Domingo and Zenaida Paus, Edralin De Oro, Perfecto Pangilinan.

It is stated in our Legal Service Agreement that an additional attorneys fee of 10% base on the
amount due on the consideration as appearing on the Certificate of Sale shall be payable to the
attorney upon its issuance.

Since the Certificate of Sale Domingo and Zenaida Paus, Edralin De Oro, and Perfecto Pangilinan
is already in your possession, It is but fair for us to be paid the agreed fees.
