For reservations via vouchers or gift certificate, please send a scanned copy of a photo of the actual printed voucher to
confirm your booking

For direct online booking or non-voucher reservations, please find below instructions for paying to confirm your booking:

Day trip tour rate (Mon - Sun): Php 499/person (3 years old and above)

Step 1. Full payment must be settled to the following bank:

Step 2. Send the scanned or photo of the teller validated deposit slip to reservations@camayacoast.com and indicate the

- Name of registered customer
- Booking reference number
- Date of visit
- Date of deposit
- Metrobank branch

Step 3. Wait for the confirmation email, print and present upon arrival at the resort

Resort Operations may implement restrictions relative to beach swimming if safety is at stake due to weather.

OTHER INFORMATION

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel and resort premises
Gambling is not allowed
Cooking and bringing of food are not allowed
Drinks are not allowed
Three (3) years old and above are charged the same as adult rate
Operating hours: Weekdays - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Weekends - 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Hotel accommodation is not included
Pregnant individuals are not allowed to ride the Ferry.
Late comers automatically forfeits the booking.
Proper swimming attire is required
Out of safety concerns for guests, employees, and resort properly, as well as concern for individual privacy, Camaya coast
prohibits the operation or use of drones, by anyone including recreational users and hobbyists without prior written
authorization from the Resort.

RE-BOOKING POLICY

Rebooking should be done at least three (5) days prior to checking in, Rebooking can only be done once (1) upon final
confirmation.
The package may be rebooked within ninety (90) days from the expected date of arrival. Rebooking of package may depend
on availability of slots on the intended rebooking date.
For valid reasons, rebooking may be done within six (6) months from the expected date of arrival with the same condition as
number 2.This is only given for medical and emergency reasons and Camaya Coast requires that the client provide medical
certificate and other necessary documents as proof to extend the validity of the rebooking.
Rebooking does not apply for partial cancellation or No Show.
Rebooking is subject to the availability of Camaya Coast.

FORCE MAJEURE

Camaya Coast and its affiliates shall not be liable to the guest or travel agency/ tour operator by reason of any failure to or
delay in performing any of its obligations under this agreement if the delay or failure is due to FORCE MAJEURE.
Any additional expenses incurred from changes in schedule brought about by weather, road and local conditions shall be
borne by the passengers or travel agency/ tour operator. However, best effort will be extended in assisting the guests and
safeguarding their interests.
In case cancellation is due to firtuitous events, force majeure or acts of God as defined by law, both parties will make a
settlement and restitution, taking into consideration that none is at fault.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation made five (5) days prior the arrival date is subject to forfeiture.

PAYMENT POLICY

We only accept bank payments for the settlement of the booking. Payment for other incidentals incurred in the hotel can be
settled through cash or credit card (Visa or Master Card only)
