walk, the God which fed me all my life long unto

convocation; ye shall do no servile work: it is a
day of blowing the trumpets unto you. And they

and drink, and cursed Abimelech. And the king
and his men went to Jerusalem unto the Jebusites,
the inhabitants of the land: which spake unto
David, saying, Except thou take away the blind
and the lame, thou shalt not come in hither:
thinking, David cannot come in hither. For three
things the earth is disquieted, and for four which
it cannot bear: For Zedekiah king of Judah had
shut him up, saying, Wherefore dost thou
prophesy, and say, Thus saith the LORD, Behold,
I will give this city into the hand of the king of
Babylon, and he shall take it; Now Jesus loved
Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus. Know ye not
that we shall judge angels? how much more things
that pertain to this life? And the seven thin ears

Then ye shall come up after him, that he may
come and sit upon my throne; for he shall be king
in my stead: and I have appointed him to be ruler
over Israel and over Judah. Hast not thou made an
hedge about him, and about his house, and about
all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed
the work of his hands, and his substance is
increased in the land. Ye sent unto John, and he
bare witness unto the truth. Wherefore let him that
thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. If a
man have two wives, one beloved, and another
hated, and they have born him children, both the
beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be
hers that was hated: Now these are the nations
which the LORD left, to prove Israel by them, even
as many of Israel as had not known all the wars of
Canaan; With twelve hundred chariots, and
threescore thousand horsemen: and the people were
without number that came with him out of Egypt;
the Lubims, the Sukkiims, and the Ethiopians. And
for the other side of the court gate, on this hand and
that hand, were hangings of fifteen cubits; their
pillars three, and their sockets three. These six
cities shall be a refuge, both for the children of
Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner
among them: that every one that killeth any person
unawares may flee thither. And it came to pass,
when Israel dwelt in that land, that Reuben went
and lay with Bilhah his father's concubine: and
Israel heard it. Now the sons of Jacob were twelve:
And Saul disguised himself, and put on other
raiment, and he went, and two men with him, and
they came to the woman by night: and he said, I
pray thee, divine unto me by the familiar spirit, and
bring me him up, whom I shall name unto thee.
Then I came to them of the captivity at Telabib, that
dwelt by the river of Chebar, and I sat where they
sat, and remained there astonished among them
seven days. And it came to pass, when Joseph was
come unto his brethren, that they stript Joseph out
of his coat, his coat of many colours that was on
him; And there were a thousand men of Benjamin
with him, and Ziba the servant of the house of Saul,
and his fifteen sons and his twenty servants with
him; and they went over Jordan before the king.
And it was so, when the days of their feasting were
gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and
rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt
offerings according to the number of them all: for
Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and
cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job
continually. And say to the land of Israel, Thus
saith the LORD; Behold, I am against thee, and
will draw forth my sword out of his sheath, and
will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked.
This is the thing which the LORD hath
commanded, Gather of it every man according to
his eating, an omer for every man, according to the
number of your persons; take ye every man for
them which are in his tents. And the Israelitish
woman's son blasphemed the name of the LORD,
and cursed. And they brought him unto Moses:
(and his mother's name was Shelomith, the
daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan:) Therefore
he said unto Judah, Let us build these cities, and
make about them walls, and towers, gates, and bars,
while the land is yet before us; because we have
sought the LORD our God, we have sought him,
and he hath given us rest on every side. So they
built and prospered. This is an evil among all
things that are done under the sun, that there is one
event unto all: yea, also the heart of the sons of
men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart
while they live, and after that they go to the dead.
Thus saith the LORD; Execute ye judgment and
righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the
hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no
violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the
widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place.
For in eating every one taketh before other his own
supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken.
And he said unto him, Behold now, there is in this
city a man of God, and he is an honourable man; all
that he saith cometh surely to pass: now let us go
thither; peradventure he can shew us our way that
we should go. The LORD hath sworn by his right
hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will
no more give thy corn to be meat for thine enemies;
and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy
wine, for the which thou hast laboured: And I will
lay the dead carcases of the children of Israel
before their idols; and I will scatter your bones
round about your altars.
