35–39 The brochure includes information for all three regions. It includes three or four facts for each
region from the lists below. The brochure is somewhat organized but has significant flaws. The
brochure contains 5 to 6 errors in grammar, usage, and mechanics.
30–34 The brochure includes information for two or three regions. It includes one or two facts for each
region from the lists below. The brochure lacks clear organization. It is difficult to understand.
The brochure contains 7 to 9 errors in grammar, usage, and mechanics.
20–29 The brochure is so incomplete and/or flawed as to be unacceptable.
0-–19 The brochure was not submitted or it is unreadable.
