(NACPHIL) GENERAL ORIENTATION SEMINAR ON MORAL RECOVERY PROGRAM AND VALUES FORMATION, The National Auxiliary Chaplaincy Philippines Inc. entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with this Department relative to the conduct of values formation, good governance and good citizenship program in provinces, cities, municipalities and barangays nationwide. The seminar seties will be conducted by NACPHIL from Aptil to December, 2011 As represented, the program aims to orient and familiarize the participants with basic knowledge about Barangay Chaplaincy and the significance of the Moral Recovery and Values Formation Movement and Programs.
