DATE: February 26, 2019

Division ICT officers and members for Elementary and Secondary schools shall be having
a 1st Quarterly Meeting on March 7, Thursday, 2019, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM to a venue that
will be announced later through advisory.

Participants to this meeting are the Division JCT Officers and representatives of every
municipality, Division Technical Team, Secondary School ICT Coordinators ( 1 Junior High
School and l Senior High School), District JCT Coordinators (Elementary) or its representatives.

Agenda of the meeting are as follows;

► Election of Division ICT Officers
► Project CAMSUR updates
► Presentation of MS Office 0365
► DCP Reports on USMAN affected schools
► Submission of other ICT reports
► Ratification of Organizations Constitution and By-Laws
► Presentation ofICT Organizational Chart
