Date: June 7, 2019

1. Schedule for the second batch of the Division Training-Workshop in Computer Systems
Servicing NC II of 5th Congressional District shall be 15 days every Saturday and Sunday of June
to August 2019 at Tapayas National High School. It shall start June 16, 2019 (Orientation and
Day 1).

2. Pre-assessment (June 13, 2019) and TESDA National Assessment (June 15, 2019) for batch 1
at ACLC - lriga Campus, lriga City.

3. Attached are the following Enclosure lA - List of Participants for Batch 2, Enclosure 1B -
Facilitators & Working Committees, Enclosure 2 - Batch 1 Candidates for assessment.
