7- Goals in taking course: To further my knowledge in Special Education and to complete my EDU
courses to become a teacher.

9- Ultimate educational goal: To graduate and be a knowledgeable teacher that will inspire her
students.

10- Background: I am a Medical Assistant that has worked in the field of Pediatrics, I am currently a
youth ministry leader.

11- Hobbies/interests: I enjoy baking, cooking. I loved to spend time with my family and like to go hiking
and exploring with them. I very much enjoy reading and watching movies.

12- Personal accomplishments: I Juggle many hats I am a ministry leader, student, wife, mother, sister,
daughter, and volunteer. I think being able to manage all of my roles that are not limited to the ones that
I listed is an accomplishment, because I strive in all and I believe that I am doing a pretty good job. Not
one lacks because of my inability to time manage or see the priorities.

13- Special situations you would like to share: As you can Imagine my life is very busy and tiresome. I
sometimes feel like I have a loaded plate in my hands. I will never properly not turn an assignment in.
But in the event that you did not received it, please let me know.
14- Most memorable learning experience: I had many horrible teachers so I have more bad memories
than good. I did have a awesome 3rd grade teacher whom I recently contacted after 20 years to tell her
that she is an inspiration for me as a teacher.

15- Learning challenges if any... I am terrible at math, I need my professor to take things slow and be
patient with me. (luckily he does and is)

16- How do you learn best? I am a visual learner; I like to see what I am being taught.

17- Any questions/concerns you would like to tell me: Not any at this moment my only concern is to pass
this class which my only friend whom I share this class with drop. This is possibly the most difficult class I
have had so far. Besides Math.

18-Finally, please let me know if your attendance, participation in class, or ability to complete an
assignment on time will be affected by your observance of religious holidays or practices. : I am very
religious but I don’t see that affecting me at school or in any way.
