    To whom it may concern,


    This is regarding my Unauthorized Transaction on my Debit card dated June 13, 2019.
    What happen is upon checking my PNB Mobile App there is a POS Transaction and I
    was deducted PHP 1,769.40. I did not authorize any transaction on or after this date, and I
    did not authorize anyone else to use my ATM/ Debit Card in any way. This is the first
    time to experience this kind of trouble. Seeking your assistance regarding this matter.
