FRIENDS OR FAMILY?
Arong: I ‘d rather choose friends than family.
Reine: and I’d choose family rather than friends.

Arong: I choose friends because of the happiness that my family can’t give me. The joy of being
with them makes me feel pampered. My family? They don’t understand me, while my friends
do. My family doesn’t know always brings me down, but then my friends are always cheering me
up. Besides, my friends are a good- influence. They even told me to talk to my family. But you
know.. I just can’t speak when I’m in front of them because of the tears I am hiding. Because I
am scared. I don’t want them to get mad at me.

Reine: I choose family. Because they’re there for me when nobody is. They love me for who I
am. They accept everything about me. Family is everything.. They are the most supportive
people you could ever meet. They are the one who understands. When they’re mad at me, it’s
because they only want the best for me. I Love Them for the rest of my life.

Arong: My friends are the ones who makes my life so meaningful. Since we have a broken
family., I always feel incomplete. But my friends makes me happier outside our home.

Reine: yes, friends are important but family is more important. When you are with your family you are
much more comfortable with them. You are more like to be your casual self with your family.

Arong: There would be times that your family judges you, but there will be your friends being true to you.
Friends are really fun to be with. They understands, believes and makes you feel that you are loved. Yes,
they do come and go, but real ones stays.

Reine: if society is dragging you down you have your family with you, they will always be by your side and
will never leave you.
