Instructions for Filling the Form

Before filling the form please read the INSTRUCTION given below carefully
(Please use updated Mozilla Firefox or Chrome browser only)

Steps for Registration

1) Click on "Apply Online" button and click “New User Registration”.

2) Enter your Name.
3) Enter your Date of Birth.
4) Enter your valid Email ID.
5) Re-enter your valid Email ID.
6) Enter your 10-digit mobile number.
7) Re-enter your 10-digit mobile number.
8) Select Course name.
9) Click on Submit
10) You will receive a 5 digit OTP to verify your mobile number.
11) You will receive Registration number and Password on your mobile number and email from
noreply@slbsrsv.ac.in.

Steps for Filling the Application Form

1) Again click on the tab “Apply Online for Entrance”. You will be directed to the Application
form page and then Click on "Apply Online" button.
2) Read the instruction carefully and start application form.
3) Under the "Registered User Login" Enter your registration number as username
4) Enter your Date of Birth as password.
5) Enter the Captcha & click on login.
6) There are four steps in the application form

Step 1: Enter Personal Details,

Step 2: Enter Academic Details,
Step 3: Preview and check Declaration,
Step 4: Read the instruction carefully and make the Payment after that enter transaction id received
after payment. Fill all the required information on each page and click “Save and Next”.

7) All fields marked by (*) are mandatory. Filling all mandatory fields is required to make your
application complete.

Please note that no change can be made once application form is submitted.

8) While filling the online application, if your browser closes unexpectedly or if you are logged out,
please use the login credentials to login again and resume the process.
