divisions.

- The company need the employees that they can work base on their divisions.

- The company provide training to upgrade the employees skill

- The company Giving tasks to employees to learn in accordance with their respective
divisions .

1. What are the mayor effects on the way knowledge is (not) managed of the reorganization?
- The Employees have difficulty in adjusting to a new job .

2. What KM assestment should be taken to deal with these effects?


- The company provide training to upgrade the employees skill

3. What are the risk we are running when we do not take those KM Assestment

- Need for purchase costs for equipment


- Requires more time to study the new division entrusted
