Dear Governor Crismilda,

There has been a change in the assignment of your Official Visitor for your region
conference. Unfortunately, Director Marianela will be unable to attend due to a
scheduling conflict. Past President Raquel Arreola Ruiz will serve as the Official
Visitor for your conference and will deliver the Official Visitors Speech. Past President
Raquel will also need to attend your Board Meeting and have a discussion with you
regarding the health and well being of the region.

Past President Raquel will be on contact with your about the date, time and location of
your region board meeting. She will also discuss with you how much time is necessary
for the conversation regarding the health of the region. In the meantime, please send
her a copy of your Call to Conference and be in touch with her regarding the details of
the confence. Her email is r_arreola_r@yahoo.com.mx . I would appreciate if you
would respond to this email and let me know that you received the information about
