INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor upon sworn complaint originally

filed by the offended party, accuses PETER ANTHONY V. SAMSON of the crime of
ROBBERY, committed as follows:

That on or about January 2019, in the city of Manila, National Capital Region,
within the jurisdiction of this court, the said accused, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously, with intent to gain and with intimidation upon the person of
ANASTACIO FEDERICO by threatening him with a .38 caliber pistol, took and carry
away the latter’s O2 XDA II mobile phone valued at P58,000.00, Philippine Currency, to
the damage and prejudice of the said owner in the said sum.
Contrary to law.
