Profile:
Women’s Way Paved is a non-profit ridesharing organization that provides underprivileged
women with access to free or low cost rides. At the heart of the organization the ultimate
goal is to keep women safe during their commute. Women’s Way Paved is an organization
for women by women as it only has women in its employ from the executive board to
drivers. It currently serves 5 high risk areas in Atlanta and the metropolitan area. This
includes Camp Creek, South West Atlanta, South East Atlanta, Austell, and has recently
made strides into Smyrna. The company plans on expanding by Summer of 2022.

Board of Directors:
Andrea Carter is the founder and President of Women’s Way Paved. Other founding officers
include Kimberly Brooks, Amy Schumacher, and Anita Johnson. Luella Audrey is the current
secretary and Benita Wills is the current treasurer.

Our Mission:

 To protect women and girls.


 To provide a safe space for women and girls.
 To foster a greater sense of community among women and girls.

Recent Highlights:

 Andrea Carter recently received the 2019 Stevie Awards for Women in Business because of the
reach of Women’s Way Paved as well as the progress the organization has seen over the last 3
years.
 Women’s Way Paved was recently featured in a May spread in Atlanta Magazine detailing the
philanthropy that the organization has committed itself to and the great work it has done for
the community.
 The Board of Directors has recently gained new officer Katya De La Cruz who will be assisting in
ramping up security measures for the organization.
