Title : How to Laundry Clothes

Introduction:
TO know what is the proper ways to Laundry your clothes by yourself.

Procedure:
1. Read the label. Be sure to check the are labels on your garments and linens
let you know whether it can be machine washed.
2. Sort clothes. Whites and light colored clothes should go into one pile and
deep colored clothes should go in another.
3. Put the Liquid detergent at the left side of the box where you put the
detergent properly and put the fabric conditioner at the right side.
4. Pick a washer water temperature and cycle.
5. Check your clothes once more. Make sure there aren’t any stains.Remove
any belt and empty your pockets. Remove also jewelry attach to the clothing.
6. Load the washer. Wait for until 46 minutes.
7. Unload the washer.
8. Load the Dryer
9. Hang or fold.

After removing the clothes in the laundry machine, the clothes become cleaned
and have a good Fragrance or smell.

Conclusion:

1. Findings
In doing the laundry you can save much more time in washing clothes than
doing it by hand by hand process
2. Evaluate the outcome
We rate our Laundry 8 because we satisfied what we have and done and we
enjoy doing the laundry.
3. Discrepancies
In doing the laundry you can’t make sure that your clothes will be damage or
not. But in our case when we out the clothes from the machine the design of
one of the clothes was remove.
4. Suggestions
We suggest that it is better to use hand by hand clothes washing than doing
the laundry because you can make sure that your clothes will not be
damage.6

Title: Basic First Aid Procedure

Introduction:
In this activity you will know how to apply first aid to a person who suffer from
cuts.

Procedures:

1. Prepare all the materials needed

2. Rinse the out or wound with running water
3. Raise the injured body parts to slow or stop the bleeding
4. Clean the cut or wound by betadine or alcohol to remove the bacteria at the
cuts.
5. Cover the wounds or outs with sterilize gauze
