I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Mindanao State University-Marawi

City, Main Campus last December 15, 2012. I completed my academic requirements on Master’s
Degree studies-Applied Mathematical Sciences at Mindanao University of Science and
Technology, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City. At present I earns my units of Education leading to
the degree of Bachelor of Science in Education, major in Mathematics at Medina College,
Ozamis City.

I gains my four years (8 semesters) of teaching experience at La Salle University, Ozamiz City
and Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology, Labuyo, Tangub City
handling in these subjects; College Algebra, Trigonometry, Statistics, Integral Calculus, Business
Mathematics and Logic and Set Theory.

With the above stated qualification and teaching experience coupled with my dedication to
teaching profession, I am confident enough that I will be a perfect fit to the position I am
applying for.
