Dinner 8.30-9 Besan cheela + curd + salad /chicken/mutton/paneer

Carrot,Cumumber,Green Bell Pepper ,VOO-one spoon. Cooked Bhindi- small katori,One
medium size Katori- Boilled Bengal Gram Sabji
