website, it mentioned about studying abroad for college students, which I am interested in. I was
wondering how to apply for scholarships, for the study abroad program, and the website
informed me to request for a free booklet with further instructions on how to apply for the
scholarships.

Thank you for taking interest in the study abroad program, and I see that you would like to
receive the booklet, Study Abroad, for further instructions to apply for the available scholarships
for the study abroad program.

Unfortunately, we are currently out of stock on the booklets, and due to a high number of
requests for these booklets, we will be receiving a shipment of these booklets in two weeks. As
soon as we receive this shipment, we will gladly and immediately send a copy to the address that
you gave to us.

If you need further assistance, there will also be a document, that will be available on the website
by the end of the day, to aid you or you can feel free to contact me with any further questions.

Dear Mr. Mason,

Thank you for your cooperation from the previous situation that we had with the booklets that we
ordered for printing. Unfortunately, the shipment that we received today came in later than the
expected delivery date, and the booklets did not meet our standards yet again.

It turns that the 10,000 copies, that we ordered, are missing several pages, and you assured us
that no problems were to occur again.

We are greatly disappointed with how the production came out and ask of you to fix this problem
immediately. We have a high number of clients requesting for this specific booklet. Our plans
were to ship them to the clients, immediately, upon receiving the shipment, but now there will be
a delay because of the mistake that you made.

We are greatly fond of your previous work that you have done for our company, and we would
still like to be on good business terms. But the work that you did for us is completely
unacceptable, and because of that, we want immediate changes to happen.

Please send a confirmation email when our shipment is shipped to our location.
