Global Peer Review

Writer: Andrea Santiago S.

Reviser: Melody Y.

1. What did you like best about the story? Why?

I liked that Andrea’s story had a very different setting. I also liked the character’s voice
coming through the pages, keeps me entertained.

2. Does the story follow a traditional plot structure? If so, describe. If not, what structure do
you see?
I feel that her story does have the traditional plot structure. At the end, I could get a
bearing around where the climax was, and the exposition at the beginning set
everything up as well.

3. How can the story’s structure be improved?

Even out the pacing, explain things a little bit more, I suppose.

4. How does the writer create conflict for his/her characters? Where is the conflict internal?
Where is the conflict external? Where is it both internal and external?
The conflict was created externally from society/people around our MC. Internal conflict
occurred at the end, when our MC is doubting her decisions once she sees her loved ones
being persecuted/hurt emotionally.

5. How can the conflict in the story be improved?

Give more background information, her history, how she got to be a rebel/vigilante, etc.
Other than that, I quite like it.
