Engr. Joseph S. Tan, City Mayor, dated November 12, 2018, re:
Certifying with urgency the approval of the proposed Ordinance
Approving the Re-Programming of the Unexpended Balance Under
the Capital Outlay for the Year 2018 and Continuing Appropriations
of the General Services Office Amounting to Two Million Seven
Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P2,750,000.00) and Other Purposes;

letter of the Mayor certifies for the urgency of the matter being
presented to this August Body. In this light, Your Honor, I am
moving for the suspension of the rules in order to tackle this, Your
Honor.

THE YEAR 2018 AND CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS OF THE
GENERAL SERVICES OFFICE AMOUNTING TO TWO MILLION
SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P2,750,000.00) AND
OTHER PURPOSES.
In furtherance thereto, May I respectfully move for the suspension
