MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

BETWEEN
JD COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT, NAGPUR
AND
SWARANJAL SELOKAR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD., NAGPUR

This agreement made and entered into on this _________between JDCEOM, Nagpur (herein after
called JD College of Engineering & Management, Nagpur.) situated At:Khandala, Post : Valni, Near
Hanuman Temple, BorgoanPhata,Kalmeshwar Road,Nagpur -441501and SwaranjalSelokar Information
Technology Pvt.Ltd. Regd. Office; 15, muskan-varsha apartment dronacharyanagar, nelco society main
road, trimurtinagar, Nagpur-22 (SSIT herein after called SwaranjalSelokar Information Technology Pvt.
Ltd.)

The Parties to this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agree to the following:

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND SCOPE

 The purpose of this MOU is to provide best quality education to students through various
activities such as technical training, workshops, fast-track course batches, industrial visit & free
internship training for students.
 Technical training will be for a year(Academic session 2016-2017) based on C, C++, Data
structure, PHP,.Net,Hardware & Networking etc, which will be decided by College.
 Non-technical events will comprise on similar workshops based on Personality development
program (PDP) which is very essential for students for their campus placements. PDP will cover
topics such as Body language, dress ethics, Conversation skills, etiquettes, and building self
confidence, resume writing, Group Discussion Personal Interview, Aptitude Test, Soft Skills
etc.
 Training will cover the entire course of any technology at very economic cost.
 After Completion of CRT course, technical test if student do not clear up to the mark then there
will be free training on difficult topic by SSIT.
 SSIT will conduct online /offline test for students whilst the CRT session and even after it. Also
the analysis of students performance and result will be done by SSIT themselves, free of cost
 Assistance to students for their projects based upon any new technology.
 SSIT will provide placement assistance for final year engineering students of CSE&IT
branches. I.e. for batch of academic session 2016-2017.
 Support in campus recruitment & pre- placement training as and when required for B.E.
students anytime in the academic session.
 SSIT will take one day workshop before campus drives on college’s request even after CRT
Course.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS

 SSIT will require 50% AMOUNT for any type of training in 1 st week of commencementand
remaining50% amount after completion of training in stages.
 30% remaining amount can be released in 3 parts. i.e. - 10% of remaining amount after
completion of 1st drive, second 10% amount after completion of 2 nd drive & last 10% amount
after completion of 3rd company drive. All the company drives will be taken at JDCOEM up to
April 2017.
 SSIT will responsible to arrange campus drive of 3 genuine companies till April 2017.
 Out of 3 companies one will be the SSIT arranging drive for CSE-IT and other 2 companies will
be from different location within Maharashtra.
 SSIT will only responsible to arrange campus drive of IT companies and it should be for
CSE,IT branch students only.
 For campus drive college has to provide food, accommodation, logistic charges of the
companies who visit in the college campus.
 SSIT Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur will not be responsible for placement of exact no of students. Placement
of students will totally depend on their knowledge and technical expertise.
 During training college has to provide infrastructure including classroom,projector,white
board,pen,mike etc.
 College has to installed necessary software on each machine at the time of training program.
 SSIT Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur will not provide any infrastructure share to the college.
 The payment shall be made in the favor of “SWARANJAL SELOKAR INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, Nagpur” in form of CASH, CHEQUE or DD only.
 No. of students in each batch will be 50 to 60 nos.
 After completion of each training mini project will be provided in groups. For ex: - for a group
of 04 students one mini project will be provided.
 Test will be conducted after completion of course or training.
 SSIT faculties will visit in the campus for deliver training.
 Daily attendance of students will be taken by the faculties of SSIT Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur.
 SSIT Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur will not provide notes in hard copies so only soft copies will be provided
to students.
 Students who will be absent during training is not our responsibility and in such cases left out or
backlog portion will not be covered.
 After completion of training certificates will be provided to every student.
 Training batches will be conducted at college campus as per the schedule provided by the
college.
 The fees structure for our training program will be as follows:-
 For C Language: - 30 hrs./ 900/-(P/S)
 For C++ Language:-30 hrs./1000/-(P.S)
 For Data Structure: - 40hrs./900/-(P.S.)
 For C#.Net:- 40hrs. /1000/-(P.S.)
 For Asp.Net:- 50 hrs./1000/-(P.S.)
  For SQL Server: - 20 hrs./500/-(P.S.)
 For PHP: - 60 hrs./1000/-(P.S.)
 For Hardware & Networking: - 40 hrs./1000/- (P.S)

From above courses, the fees structure for C, C++, Data Structure and Hardware & Networking course
for Second year registered students of IT, CSE, EN, ETC Dept. Of JDCOEM, Nagpur withfinalization
Amountof Rs. 1500/- per student is fixed.

ARTICLE 3: TIMING

 This MOU is valid for one year from the date of signing the proposal. i.e. up to _____________
 We can organize previously discussed activities for students every semester.

ARTICLE 4: FUTURE COOPERATION

 We can sign this MOU every year based upon the performance of previous year, of both parties.

The present MOU elucidates the general conditions and arrangements for future cooperation between
the concerned parties. It is not legally binding on the parties. The exact terms and conditions of this
future cooperation will be negotiated in due course and laid down in a contract, should circumstances
permit.

ARTICLE 5: PROPOSED MODES OF COLLABORATION

JDCOEM, Nagpur and SSIT Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur Propose to collaborate through-

a. Technical up gradation through conducting trainings, seminars/workshops on latest technologies

relevant to modern industries.
b. Free Internship forfinal year engineering students
c. Arranging paid faculty development program if more than 3, otherwise unpaid FDP if count is
less than 4.
d. Support in campus recruitment & pre- placement training as and when required for B.E.
students.
e. Sponsorship will be provided to college for technical events such as workshops, conferences,
STTP, project competitions etc.
f. If needed on training or lectures, JDCOEM will provide food & refreshment to the faculties of
SSIT Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur.
g. SSIT may avail library, Internet, computational facilities at JDCOEM.

ARTICLE 6: NON- EXCLUSIVITY

The relation of the parties under this MOU shall be nonexclusive and both parties, including their
affiliates, subsidiaries and divisions, are free to pursue other agreements or Collaborations of any
 kind. However, when entering into a particular research agreement, theParticipants may agree to
limit each party’s right to collaborate with others on that subject.

ARTICLE 7: RELATIONSHIP

Nothing in this MOU shall be construed to make party a partner, an agent or legal representative of the
other for any purpose.

ARTICLE 8: ASSIGNMENT

It is understood by the parties herein this MOU is based on the professional competence and
Expertise of each party and hence neither Party shall transfer or assign this Agreement, orRights or
obligations arising hereunder, either wholly or in part, to any third party.

ARTICLE 9: SIGNED IN DUPLICATE

This MOU is executed in duplicate with each copy being an official version of the
Agreementandhaving equal legal validity.
By signing below the parties, acting by their duly authorized officers, have caused this
Memorandum of Understanding to be executed, effective as of the day and year first above written.
