Critical Questions:

1. What is more potent strategy to use? Customer driven or customer driving market?
I think it depends on the nature of business. For small to medium sized businesses where
skills and work are more applicable, it is suitable to use customer driven because
customers know better what they want to have so businesses need to understand and to
base their work or management to customers. If a business is mostly blue-collar-job, it is
necessary to use customer driving market because they know more what customers need
than themselves.
2. Is it necessary to de-market?
Yes because there will be a scarcity of resources if the demand continue to rise. With that,
it can cause imbalance and destruction of environment, society and economy.
3. How can we create a better relationship to customers with various perspectives?
We can create a better relationship to customers by reaching their expectations at the
same gaining profit. Our goal is to attain loyalty through excellent service, providing
good quality of products and satisfying them without sacrificing too much resource so
that customers rely with us rather than to competitors. It is better too to have after service
so we can stay in contact with them and ask reviews and recommendations with regard to
our products (services).

Critical Questions:

1. How important for a company to have an effective strategic plan?


Having an effective strategic plan is extremely important because the success of the
company depends on it. They should create a plan realistically and efficiently so that they
would be one step ahead to their competitors. Aside from that, their goals will be more
feasible because they are organized in planning their strategies.
2. Why does a company set objectives?
It is important that a company cannot operate efficiently and effectively without its
objectives. The purpose of its existence is useless and will lead to immediate downfall.
Thus, it will cost such waste of time, money, effort and resources.
3. What is the goal of SWOT analysis?
The goal of SWOT analysis is to match the company’s strengths to attractive
opportunities in the environment while eliminating or overcoming the weaknesses and
minimizing the threats.
