Tips on how I do my diet every day

Step1: before going to sleep drink 2 glasses of warm water it helps you to
remove excess fat in your tummy

Step2: when your awake in the morning do some exercise like plunks, sit ups
it will help you to maintain your small tummy

Step3: before I eat lunch I drink 2 glass of water it helps you to full easily

Step4: have a proper diet don't eat too much carbohydrates like rice

Step5: when it's already 5 pm go to the gym

Step6: when the dinner comes I only eat fruits and vegetable to make my
body stronger and healthy.

Tips how I remove my pimples

Step1: always wash your face with clean water.

Step2: use soap that appropriately to your face, don't use soap that high in
sulfur

Step3: use soft and clean towel

Step4: after cleaning your face put some ice, it helps to close pores

Step5: use toner if necessary

Step6: always sleep in exactly 8 or 9 in the midnight because it helps to


recover skin

Step7: avoid eating oily and fatty foods

Step8: if you have a pimple cover your face a towel with warm water.
Step9: eat fruit and vegetable regularly

Step10: before going to bed it's better to put some moisturizer it helps you to
revitalize your skin.
