Please note the following points:

1- Van service is available as a convenience.
2- We need to have strict SOPs around the van service that need to be followed.
3- A grace period of 5 minutes will be given both for morning pick up and evening drop off.
4- After 5 mins, the driver is instructed to leave. This applies to the morning and to the evening.
5- On days that you have to work late, please arrange for your own commute. Don't have other people wait because
You need to stick around to finish your work.
6- Below is a proposed (Tentative) schedule for pick and drop. We are going to try this out for 3/4 days.
