As a merchandising business, 7/11 offers a variety of products acquired

7/11 provides an app to customers named CLiQQ where points earned by

7/11 spends a lot on posters for promotion and advertising.
Place
It’s located in a populated area. It is near the front of the school although a
wall is covering it from view and there are stores beside it.
People
Since it is located near the front area of the school and other buildings
where most people worked, its expected buyers are students from STI and
people working and living in Burgos Ave.
Price
The set price of each item is based on the suggested retail price. They
increase the price to a single percentage from the SRP.
 Munsterific
Product
Similar to other convenience stores, it also provides distinct products
bought from manufacturers. Munsterific is known by its signature taste of
ice cream.
Promotion
It offers price deduction on some items based on the occasion like

It is not easily spotted due to the small stores that cover its station and its
dim lighting.

It is known for its variety of choices of packed lunch. They also sell a

Though it is located in Burgos Ave., it’s far from STI but it is near the
hospital and workplaces.

The expected buyers are people staying in the hospital and citizens who

VII. IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Strategic Plan
The first Easy Mart will position itself in front of STI-WNU where the number of potential
customers is high. Our main target market for the first store are the students, faculty, and staff of
STI-WNU. Our location is our biggest advantage despite being a new store. Unlike our main
competitors in the area, 7/11 and Munsterific, Easy Mart is easily spotted by the public. It will Commented [G13]: Inserted: ,
also be accessible to a lot of people since there is a terminal in the market area.
Organization Goals
 By the end of 2017, the number of customers the store had would be around 100,000 and
it would increase three-fold by the end of 2018.
 By 2018, Easy Mart will have at least 5 branches. Furthermore, the stores will be placed
in locations that are accessible to the public and has a high rate of potential customers.
 By 2022, Easy Mart will be the first choice when it comes to convenience stores.
