    In line with the implementation of School Projects and Programs according to our Work
    Financial Plan, effective immediately, all program holders are not allowed to Cash Advance in the
    conduct of respective project/training designs.

    All procurement procedures will be conducted by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)
    and payment will be instituted by the Finance Section.

    To this, all program holders will submit their approved Program/Project Design to the
    Office of the Principal for appropriate action.

    Please be guided accordingly.
