Check Points to be followed in Packing:

 Packing Material to be checked according to requisition slip.

 Empty bottles, caps must be checked for proper cleaning and printed information.
 Equipment and machines to be checked earlier before operation for proper working and cleaning.
 Weight checks should be done at equal, intervals during filling.
 Sealing and capping should be checked properly to avoid spilling and contamination during
transportation.
 Visual inspection to be done carefully for any extraneous material and leakage.
 Labels to checked for proper coding and labeling done in right manner.
 PCBs to be checked for proper opening and shrink to be watched carefully.
 Cartons to be checked for proper packing and stripping.
 Unused packing material to be returned to packing store and extra bulk to be returned to
production department or used in next batch.

General check points:

 Proper gowning procedure should be followed.

 Cleaning of hands is required to avoid contamination.
 Waste material to be discarded properly.
 Every material to be placed at their proper place.
 Area should be well cleaned and properly sterilized.
