1. INTRODUCTION
Transporting and loading is done on either pallets or by lifting it from the loops.
Bags are made with either one, two or four lifting loops. The single loop bag is
suitable for one man operation as there is no need for a second man to put the
loops on the loader hook. Emptying is made easy by a special opening in the
bottom such as a discharge spout, of which there are several options, or by
simply cutting it open.
1.3 PRODUCTRANGE
• Baffle Bags.
These bags have baffle restraints stitched onto all corners of the bag which
prevent the bags from expanding beyond a point. Mainly these bags are used
where cargo has to be containerised or space has to be saved.
• Single-loop Bags.
These bags are normally made for fertilizer or cement packaging. These bags
are different in construction where body-fabric of bag itself is formed into a
lifting loop
• Sling Bags.
These are mainly used to carry 20 to 40 bags of 25 to 50 kg each. Thus, it is
an outer bag which enables easy carrying or mechanical handling of small
bags without using pallets

is through L/C that means it is not adjustable and vice-versa.
Bill of Lading
A bill of lading (sometimes abbreviated as B/L or BoL) is a document issued by
a carrier which details a shipment of merchandise and gives title of that
shipment to a specified party Bills of lading are one of three important
documents used in international trade to help guarantee that exporters receive

A commercial invoice is a document used in foreign trade. It is used as a

item across international borders.Although there is no standard format, the

that goods in a particular export shipment are wholly obtained, produced,
manufactured or processed in a particular country. Certificate of Origins also
constitute a declaration by the exporter.
2.3 Logistics
Logistics is an art and science of managing and controlling the flow of goods,
energy, information, and other resources like products, services, and people
from the sources of production to the market place. It is difficult or nearly
impossible to accomplish any international trading, global export/import and
manufacturing without a professional logistical support. It involves the
integration of information, transportation, inventory, warehousing, material
handling and packaging. The operating responsibility of logistics is the
geographical repositioning of raw material, work in process and finished
inventories where required at the lowest cost possible.

3. SWOT ANALYSIS
Description: The market shows growth potential. Companies in this market face
an increasing demand for their products and services.
A decade of being in the industry, experience a key strength to survive and have
a competitive edge over the rivals.
Other strengths are Economies of scale, the edge of attitude, global footprint,
and the cost advantages.
Company’s weakness is not primarily affecting the operation of the firm in this
case because they are getting business but still there may be a lot more scope for
the marketing team, as they are mainly focusing on the US and Europe market,
and even that to other vendors over there. They are unable to market and sell
their product directly to the consumers with their brand name. With the
company’s ability to deliver they can surely go ahead in terms of market
expansion.
4. Recommendation
While keeping an understanding with all the aspect of the Industry as well as the
company, we have already understood the Strength and Weakness of the
organisation. On the basis of this we only can suggest as the organisation having
that much capability to produce and deliver they should produce and sell with
their Brand Name in foreign market, where they are already delivering to other
vendors. This will create a lot more Brand Value, which the company actually
deserve. And company have that resource that they can deliver. Even the
company can expand at a very large level, the industry as well as the
organisation has a huge scope. Domestically the company can do a little more
with some research and marketing, as the industry is at the introduction level
and can grow further. Organisation can be Pioneers in the industry in domestic
market. Currently there is not much scope in FIBC industry in domestic market
as the country is Labour-Intensive, but still if company might try hard they can
get a lot of business through multinational companies established in the country.
FIBC increases the speed of the production with the help of machinery; this
might encourage the domestic companies to opt for FIBC, and can open the
doors for the company.
Rest the company is already operating at a very high level. Their one of the
strength is they have One of the Largest Integrated Plant, of which they can take
the advantage and have the edge over their competitors.
