Tonight’s meeting is a prophetic one. God is still in the business of positioning people for
various purposes. To be divinely positioned is to be at the right place at the right time. There is
a right place and time for you to be per time which will determine whether you will end up a
victor or a victim.

Acts 17:26-28, Paul said,

‘From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and  he
determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this
so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far
from each one of us.’

Note that you are in that position of lack, pain, sorrow and affliction today so that you would
seek God and reach out for Him so He may stretch out His mighty hand to position you in His
marvelous light. Let us look at four areas in which as you seek Him today God is set to position
you.

1. In Christ: Christ is the sum of divine position. If you are not in Christ then you are a
disaster going somewhere to happen. But if you are in Christ you are a miracle going
somewhere to happen! The right place for you to be right now and for all time is in
Christ.
2. Protection: David understands what it means to be divinely positioned. He calls this
position the secret place of the most high. When you are there, A thousand may fall at
your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you (Psalm
91:7)

3. Provision: There is a place in God where you laugh at famine (Job 5:22). Remember
Elijah was so positioned that in the time of famine, ravens of the air brought him food
daily. But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ
Jesus (Philippians 4:19)
 4. Promotion: For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from
the south (Psalm 75:6). It does not matter where you are right now but so far you are
divinely positioned you shall be promoted. David was in the wilderness busy tending his
father’s flock when he was called upon to be anointed above his companions.
Prayer points

1. Pray that God should position you right for the manifestation of his love, beauty, glory and
blessings.
2. Pray that God should position you to meet the right people that will bless your life and set
you up to reach the level God has purposed for your life.
3. Pray that God should position you in the right congregation/ gathering that will lift you up
spiritually and make your life a blessing unto others.
4. Pray that God should position us in a way that our light would so shine that people would see
and give God all the glory. Also pray that through you, others would be saved.
