When we discussed about delivery dates, you assured me that you could deliver by 21 st of February.
However, the item now are one week overdue, I and have heard nothing from you to confirm a
definite delivery dates.Moreover, when I received product, it was broken.

I urgently need this item now. Your slowness is causing a great deal of inconvenience.

I would be grateful if you could look into this matter and arrange for delivery within next three days.

I am afraid that if you are unable to deliver it for this period, I have no choice to cancel my order and
purchase it from another supplier.

Dear Madam

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the changes to the computer club membership fees,
the location and the opening time.

Firstly, the increasing of 30% membership fees is very large. I am afraid that i have not enough money
to pay for it. I would suggest that you increase the membership fees by small amounts such as 15%.

Secondly, computer lesson will be held in old computer lab. I think the facilities of old lab can not
meet the requirements of lesson. I recommend that the renovation will carry out rapidly in order to
not held the lesson in old lab.

Furthermore, your changing opening time is casing a great deal of inconvenience. I need to spend all
Monday for my work, and I have not find any time for computer lesson.
