RESOLUTION NO. 014
(Motioned by HRMO MA. GRACE D. APPARI and seconded
by Academic Head LINDSAY MAE S. PRUDENTE)

A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE TERMINATION AND NON-RENEWAL OF THE


TEACHING CONTRACT OF RENATO A. DOMINADOR, A PROBATIONARY PRIVATE
TEACHER AT CALBAYOG CHRISTIAN FAITH ACADEMY

WHEREAS, Renato A. Dominador was initially employed by Calbayog Christian Faith


Academy Inc., Calbayog City, on the 1st day of June 2018, as a teacher; and

WHEREAS, Renato A. Dominador is currently employed as a teacher in this school; and

WHEREAS, Renato A. Dominador is entitled to certain rights pursuant to the Certified


Employee Master Contract 2018-19; and

WHEREAS, the School Board of Trustees and School Director together with the Academic
Heads, find that Renato A. Dominador’s current contract should be terminated for reasons
hereinafter set forth;

1. Criminal charges including 11 counts of sexual exploitation of a child,

2. Insubordination,
3. Failure to attend an employment conference to discuss criminal charges and
allegations,

4. Conduct of unbecoming a teacher,

5. Unprofessional conduct,

6. Immoral conduct which results in a professional educator’s being unable to


teach effectively in a classroom,

7. Violation of Board Policy, Rules or Regulations,

8. Public notoriety that impairs his capacity to discharge employment


responsibilities,

9. Violation of computer, internet or acceptable use policies,

10. A clear and present danger to the welfare of students, professional educators,
or school property exists as a result of his continued service as an employee,

11. The overall performance and actions of this professional employee renders the
employee ineffective and incapable of fulfilling assigned responsibilities of
employment.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND HEADS


of CALBAYOG CHRISTIAN FAITH ACADEMY, INC., CALBAYOG CITY

Section 1. That it is hereby declared to be the intent of the Board of Trustees and
Heads of Calbayog Christian Faith Academy, Inc., Calbayog City, to terminate the
employment contract of Renato A. Dominador at the close current 2019-2020

Section 2. That the Secretary of the School Board is hereby authorized and directed to
give written notice promptly to Renato A. Dominador of the termination of his contract.

Section 3. That the notice shall contain the following, which are reasons for the
board’s termination of said contract:

1. Criminal charges including 11 counts of sexual exploitation of a child,

2. Insubordination,

3. Failure to attend an employment conference to discuss criminal charges and

allegations.
