1. The Employee hereby acknowledges a debt to the Employer/Company in the amount of One Lac
rupees(Rs.1 Lakh) for the following reason(s):

2. The Employee hereby authorizes the Albross India Pvt Ltd to deduct the amount of
Five thousand (Rs. 5000/- ) per month from the Employee's salary starting from July 2019
until the amount is paid in full.

3. The Employee further agrees that the entire outstanding amount will be paid upon
resignation or termination of employment with the Albross India pvt ltd.
