Need to build a Grades System of home works and laboratories

Some of the users are teachers that can change the grades and can see all students's
grades on the course they are teach
And some of the users are students that can only watch their private grade in the
course they chose
A login screen with ID and PASSWORD that identify each user if he's teacher or
students and give him the specific permission

Requietmnets : 
Client side – Angular, Bootstrap 
Server side – Asp.Net C# 
DATA BASE : MS Sql Server 
