Interpretation:

The table revealed that for the first five (5) years, the salary increment of the FEAMLE FACULTES ranged
from eight hundred (800) to two thousand (2,000) pesos. For the next six (6) to nine (9) years, their salary
increment ranged from one thousand four hundred (1,400) to seven thousand-six hundred (7,600) pesos.
For the female faculties who have fifteen (15) and above years in service, their initial salary starts at thirty
thousand (30,000) pesos. The highest salary obtained by a female faculty is forty-seven thousand (47,000)
pesos, on her 23rd year of service. It implied that the service years for MOST female faculty HAS AN EFFECT
in the increase of their salary.

While on the other hand, the service years for most male faculty has NO EFFECT in the increase of their
salary. The highest salary obtained by a male faculty is fifty thousand (50,000) pesos, on his 25 th year of
service. It implied that options like Teaching Skills, Educational Background and Work Efficiency might
have an effect on their salary.
