POSTS INCLUDED IN COMBINED ENGINEERING SERVICES

EXAMINATION, 2013-2014 AND 2017-2018

After verifying the certificates uploaded by the candidates during
the period from 12.09.2018 to 25.09.2018 in support of the claims
made in the online applications, the list of Register Numbers of
candidates admitted provisionally to the Oral Test for the POSTS
INCLUDED IN COMBINED ENGINEERING SERVICES, 2013-2014
and 2017-2018 was published in the Commission’s website on
17.10.2018 based on the results of the written examination conducted
by the Commission on 20.05.2018 FN & AN and 27.05.2018 FN.
It has come to notice that due to certain technical issues, the
certificates uploaded by the candidate with register number
070002225 were not made available to the Commission initially and
his online application was rejected along with others for not uploading
the certificates during the specified time limit. As the documents were
actually uploaded by the said candidate within the specified time limit,
it has been decided to admit the candidate with register number
070002225 provisionally to Oral Test. The Oral Test will be held from
25.10.2018 to 01.11.2018 at the Office of the Tamil Nadu Public
Service Commission, TNPSC Road, Chennai – 600 003. The candidate
should attend the Oral Test with all original certificates in support of
the claims made in his online application. Individual Communication
regarding the date and time of Oral Test will not be sent to the
candidate by post. The above details will be made available in

the Commission’s Website and Candidate will be informed of
the above fact only through SMS and e-mail accordingly.

Notes:

1. Mere inclusion of the Register Number of the candidate will not

imply that his candidature has been fully considered for Oral
Test.

2. The candidate whose Register Number is found in the above list

has been admitted provisionally to the Oral Test based on the
marks obtained by him in the Written Examination and with
reference to the Rule of reservation of appointments. The
admission of the candidate to Oral Test is provisional subject to
verification and acceptance of the claim in his online application
towards Age, Educational Qualification, Communal category,
PSTM status, Experience etc., through original documents. If any
of his claims are found to be false or incorrect, his provisional
admission to Oral Test will be cancelled.

3. The admission of the above candidate to Oral Test is purely

provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and subject
to the outcome / final orders to be passed by the Hon’ble High
Court of Judicature at Madras in WMP No. 14663/2018 in
WP No.12517/2018 and other WPs pending on the files of the
Hon’ble High Court, Madras / Madurai Bench of Madras High
Court, if any, relating to this recruitment.

4. The above said candidate is hereby advised to attend the Oral

Test with all the relevant documents in original, without fail.
Failure to produce even any one of the essential documents will
result in his non-admission to the Oral Test.
