CVS Leases 20,000 SF in Jersey City

Retailer to Occupy Ground Floor Space in Colgate Center Of ce Bldg

CVS signed a long-term lease for 19,652 square feet of street-level

retail space in the Colgate Center of ce building at 70 Hudson St.
in Jersey City, NJ.

The 12-story, 433,197-square-foot property was built in 2000 on

1.3 acres in the Hudson Waterfront submarket. Amenities include
conference center, private parking garage, food service and soon,
an on-site drugstore.

landlord, Spear Street Capital.
