Sixty West Buys Adams Street Of ce

Bldg for $3.5M
Asset Revitalization Solutions Sells Historic 35,000-SF Facility

Sixty West acquired the of ce building at 300 W. Adams St. in

Jacksonville, FL for $3.45 million, or about $99 per square foot,
from Asset Revitalization Solutions.

The multi-tenant property was 75 percent occupied at the time of

sale.

Totaling 34,781 square feet, the six-story of ce building delivered

in 1927 and was renovated in 1999. It is located directly across the
street from the Duval County Courthouse.

The new owner plans to invest additional capital into the building.

"There was very strong demand for this property as investors see
the positive momentum occurring in this area of downtown," said
Keith Goldfaden, a broker with NAI Hallmark in Jacksonville.
