My journey in IBM started Five and a Half years ago.

This story I am writing to explain you how its

employees humiliated me continuously after complaining about them multiple times.

HERE IS MY TRUE STORY

This is the company where Sikh people do not have respect. By nature I am polite and innocent, so
colleagues around me think I will never speak whatever they say so they bully me whenever they
want.

Let me give you small introduction of my religion Sikhism:

- Sikhism was founded in the Punjab region in India in the 15th century by Guru Nanak Dev.

- The primary source of Scripture for Sikhs is the Guru Granth Sahib, regarded as the living Guru,
after the final Guru in human form, Guru Gobind Singh, passed away.

- Kesh, or unshorn long hair, which is protected by a dastaar, or turban. The dastaar (Turban) is worn
by men and some women to cover their long hair. But most women keep their hair long and uncovered,
except for when entering a Gurdwara (A Sikh Temple). So, its quite clear that in my religion, its
prohibited to cut hair from any part of the body.

Now, I have been a victim in this company of Sikh religious bullying since four and half years now. So,
for maintaining my hair I have been ridiculed and made fun of it. On following religion, my fun has
been made and they bullied me. I wear turban and have beard and its not allowed for me to remove it or
cut it. Since I joined IBM, my colleagues continuously gave negative remarks like, look at his hair, or
they would use language as "Ganda Hai" (He is dirty). I remember a trainer pointing at me and asking
people " Ganda Haina? (Do you all agree he is dirty?) All said yes Bahut Ganda " (Yes very dirty). I
have been facing similar incidents directly or indirectly. 12 bajj gaye (means at 12 AM, Sikhs would go
mad everyday and return to their normal form after 2 minutes or so), it is a common sentence I listen
everyday here. In my life I have not seen such a bad and pathetic company where people are
disrespected like this with no action from management after endless complaints, managers are trying to
save their face or image from their upper management even rather than controlling them or keeping
check on them.

My office is in Noida Sector 135, 1 st Floor SEZ building (India), Tower 2 and I work with BPO.
Eventually racism and bullying grew here with me giving me mental tension, depression, anxiety and
intolerable work environment, which affected my performance and still hitting it. Trainer who gave me
this comment here I mentioned is Martin (Name). Later eventually I worked I heard many comments
from person named Nitin Bawa who himself was from Panipat where lot of Sikh people live and he
himself is a sardar or a Sikh . Who continously commented on my beard or said 'Phaaji ke baal dekho"
(Look at his hair) or "Baalo mein makhi fass gayi" ("Housefly trapped in his hair") or provoking others
to comment on my hair, told almost all people to ridicule me so all start doing it. And eventually most
of the people ridicule me now through various indirect or direct means, spoiling my image all over
building making me outcast, which affected my confidence, self esteem, dirty comments from many
people. They would say many things (mostly Shivam- should be in red) or make sounds like “Peroon se
aaye hain” (They all have come from trees). Or they would say “Kaat lega” (Be careful he bites), or I
remember an incident, a Manager named Sumit Sharma, made a comment on my beard saying in front
of all girls (to impress them), “Santa Claus ke safed baal dekho” (Santa claus with white hair), making
gorilla laughing sounds like “hu hu hu haa haa haa haa. I have little white hair in beard and on this he
ridiculed me. They spoiled my image so much that all people started making comments on me and
would stop talking to me.

Let me first of all explain you what is Bullying?

Types of bullying

- Overt bullying (sometimes referred to as face-to-face or direct bullying) involves physical actions
such as punching or kicking or overt verbal actions such as name-calling and insulting.
- Covert bullying (sometimes referred to as indirect bullying) is a subtle type of non-physical bullying
which isn't easily seen by others and is conducted out of sight, and therefore often unacknowledged by
teachers.
- Covert bullying behaviours mostly inflict harm by damaging another's social reputation, peer
relationships and self-esteem.
- Covert bullying can include repeatedly:
 using hand gestures and weird or threatening looks
 whispering, excluding, turning your back on a person
 blackmailing, spreading rumours, threatening, stealing friends
 breaking secrets, gossiping, criticising clothes and personalities.

- Indirect bullying is when stories or rumors about a person are spread around and excluding
others from the group. Indirect bullying does not physically hurt the person, but it can be very
emotional for the victim.

 Indirect bullying is harder to recognise as it’s often carried out behind the employee and is
designed to harm their reputation or cause humiliation, i.e. lying, spreading rumours, playing
nasty jokes, teasing, name calling, insults, mimicking and encouraging others to socially
exclude them.

 Bullying can range from managers to workers (downward), a worker to co-workers (sideways)
and workers to managers (upwards).

 Instances of workplace bullying have the deliberate intent of causing physical and
psychological distress to another and can include behaviour that intimidates, offends, degrades
or humiliates the victim in front of co-workers, clients or customers.

 Workplace bullying is often an abuse of power by someone who is stronger either physically,
verbally, mentally, socially, electronically, politically or financially.
  Workplace bullying is repeated “unreasonable behaviour” directed towards an employee or a
group of employees that creates a risk to health and safety. Unreasonable behaviour is
behaviour that a reasonable person having regard to all circumstances would expect to
victimise, humiliate, undermine or threaten another employee.

 Person related bullying consists of such behaviour as making insulting remarks, engaging in
excessive teasing, spreading gossip or rumours , hurling persistent criticism, playing practical
jokes and engaging in intimidation. These behaviours are, by large, independent of the work
organisation.

1. Shivam Sharma- People who left the company made a mark on him. He is a guy who likes to trouble
others. This guy troubled me the most and continues to do it on religious issues. He will make monkey
sounds on me "Khee Khee Khee Khee" told others to do it on me. Told people from other departments
to make jokes on me regarding sikhism or on hair.

last year I was in a company parking and sitting in a cab, where from behind Shivam and Rashmi
started staring at my hair which were visible from my Turban and beard and laughed loudly telling
others, look at his hair, next day I took a leave because of the depression I got from it and I informed
my boss of this instance.

Another instance, he makes a group of people to play a catch and catch game with other friends around
the chair where I sit, suddenly I get a ball struck on my Head (Turban) from him, then Savita asks sorry
brother for this. I completely understood it was intentional. They showed it was by mistake, but it was
their way of troubling me.

Another instance, recently when I came from break back to my desk, he tells his fellow colleague " Aa
gaye peron (Trees) se" (He has come from Trees) . Now tell me who lives on trees? Monkeys. Right.
What he wants to show, Sardars (Sikhs) are Monkeys. Its racial.

Another instance, previously a girl worked named Harshita, she was leaving the company, it was her
last day, both Shivam and Harshita were sitting behind me and I turned around my head and I found her
staring at my hair on my arms and saw Shivam provoking her to comment on my hair as its her last day
and nothing would happen as she would leave the company.

Another instance, now he adopted another strategy after I complained about him. He informed almost
most of people from other process to keep check on me or other Sardars in that process to make
Chimpanzee sounds, generally a person hears those sounds when he is in jungle. Whenever I stood to
go anywhere, I heard sounds from 5 -6 different places (chimpanzee sounds) from different colleagues,
and when I looked back they pretended as nothing happened.

Another instance, He several times called everyone around me and made sounds like Khee Khee,
monkey sounds, or whenever I would go anywhere, I hear sounds like "Hupp" in loud manner or "Maro
Bhainchod" (Beat this Sister Fucker).

Another instance. Its in a fashion to wear teared jeans. I was wearing a tore jeans. I went to have water
towards water cooler on the floor and when I returned, I hear Shivam’s comment talking to Savita
Rawat “JEANS FATTI HUYI HAI” (HE IS WEARING TORE JEANS), on this Savita replied “HAAN
YAHAAN SE FATTI HUYI HAI” (YA ITS TORE FROM THIS PLACE BELOW) pointing towards
the place from where it was really tore. Is this a descence. Not at all.

Latest Instance, two days back I was out of floor and Shivam and Abhishek followed me saying look at
his skin, his skin is so visible (Indirect comment on hair). Last night, again I heard "Chall" sounds from
Shivam and colleagues, they were doing it out of frustration because I called HR (Human Resource)
that is why, later I hear comments Rajat teling Savita pointing at me so I can hear easily "Tumhare Baal
Bade lambe aur sundar hain, kab katva rahi ho" (Your hair is very long and beautiful, when are you
going to cut them)

Many times I found him trying to look inside my T- Shirt as well and provoking others to do same
thing.

2. Sudeep Bannerjee- I was out n a break last year, he was with his friends, and I passed from in front
of them, where Sudeep made Chimpanzee sounds, like in a Zoo a Chimpanzee laughs " Hooo Hooo
Haa Haa Haa Haaa Haaae ". That day I challenged to come and fight with me, same day instead of
stoppng it, he started making racial actions, like he is itching his beard, showing me, similar to
monkeys itch their body. His friends, rajiv, Sunil Mishra, and others saw it.

I complained another manager, he is a good man Mr. Luv Changrani and he supported me a lot, strictly
told him to not to repeat such actions. Thanks to him.

3. Amit Aherwar- Tried to popularize my name as "DAADI BAAL" or "DAADI WAAL" (Beardy &
Hairy)

- I saw him manier times provoking others to call me with this name.

- Another Instance, telling others to ask me if I am not feeling itch "khujli to nai ho rahi" (Hope you are
not feeling itching on your body) and many other instances

4. Abhishek Pandey- Making monkey sounds many times like "khoo khoo khoo khoo" and behaving in
such way that they are not scared of anyone if I complain even. Or make remarks in front of me like he
is talking to Tushar Bagga, saying "Isko dekh kar tuu bhokega" (You are going to bark on him), his
favourite unending sentence.

5. Tushar Bagga- In a cefetaria while having dinner sitting in front of me, shows his friends, offering
me Banaana "Aaja Kela Khale, aa kella kha kha (Banana)" (Come Have Banana), who eats Banana? ,
Monkey.

Another instance, Now after several complains he changed his sound style to making sounds of Lion. Is
this a descent behaviour? Nobody would call it.

Another instance, Tushar talking to Sohan (SME) saying “ JASJEET KI BAAT HR TAK PAHUNCH
GAYI, KOI ACTION NAI HUYA” (NO ACTION IS TAKEN IN THIS COMPANY <IBM>, SEE
JASJEET <MAKING FUN>, HIS ISSUE REACHED HUMAN RESOURCE TEAM AND THEY
TOOK NO ACTION HA HA HA) .
 6. Sandeep Kumar- Making monkey sounds and saying “Chall, Shave karke Kyu nai aaya” (Get
lost, why you came without shaving today) . Calling me Anil Kapoor (Has Hair on Body)

7. Rashmi- Most notorious lady I have ever seen. She is a part of their group and I d no understand
what problem she had with me. Whenever I passed from near from her, she provoked boys to call me
with different names, make sounds like khee kheee khee , or stare like a Monkey stares.

In the parking accompanied with Shivam, she was staring at my hair making my fun in front of others.
She was able to influence all people in the parking to make monkey sounds, and literally I heard
monkey sounds from many different unknown guys all influenced by Rashmi. She even tried
influencing Harshita who used to go in my cab to make sounds to trouble me. But thanks to her she was
intelligent and good lady who did not do anything.

8. Rajat- On influence of Rashmi, he made monkey sounds many times in parking.

Another instance, Vikas (SME) was assiting me and he came to say him “Hi” and shaked hand with
him and pointed at me and then pretending he is talking to Vikas, said "Kal Shave Karke aana" (Come
with your beard shaved tomorrow).

Last night's instance, Talking to Savita saying the way I must listen '" tumhare baal bade sundar aur
lambe hain, kab katva rahi ho, jaldi katvayo na" (Your hair is very long and beautiful, when are you
going to cut them. Cut them soon) See indirect bullying.

9. Dushyant SME- Again making monkey sounds, cannot expect of him such a person on senior level,
shame on him.

IBM has a messenger chat named SAMETIME MESSENGER. Its internal messenger , similar to
whatsapp or yahoo messenger. He literally shared Anil Kapoor's full body hair photo on messenger.
Where I complained about him and manager also laughed. Shame on Ginzalal manager who laughed.

Another instance by SME Dushyant- Called me at his desk or feed back, said "TUM SABSE BAAT
KYU NAI KARTE" (Why you do not talk to anyone or talk less to anyone), Said " KUTTE BILLI
CHIMAPNZEE HATHI GHODE BANDAR MEIN SABSE SAMAJHDAR INSAAN HOTE HAIN,
TO HUM BAAT KARKE JAADA SIKHTE HAIN" ( Amongst Dogs, Cats, Chimpanzees, Elephants,
Horses, Monkeys, the most intelligent are Humans, so we learn more from talking. Now what do you
understand by this? He stressed on the word Monkeys (Bandar) while talking to me.

People who left

- Ashish Martin ( Voice and Accent trainer)- Pointing at me asking Ganda hai ? (Is he dirty guys?), all
said bahut ganda hai (Very dirty, very dirty).

- Another Instance "SARDAARJI TUHADEE WARGA KOI SAMAJHDAAR NAI" (There is no one
intelligent like you “said sarcastically”)

- Sumit Sharma (Manager)- Shame on this manager who was doing bullying. Being a manager cannot
expect of him. Calling me Gay, impressing girls by calling my name as White bearded Santa Clause,
He needs to have sex (He wants it he wants it). Rashmi even provoked him to trouble me.

Another instance, Making me hear, talking to abhishek, Tuu Apne Baal Katva Le, Patla Ho jayega (Cut
your Hair and you will get slimmer) . Shame on him using such sentences.

- Nitin Bawa- Starter of all things. Continously commented on my hair, 12 bajj gaye (See its his 12 O
clock) . Look at phaji's hair, Makhi Phass Gayi Balon Mein (A Housefly Trapped in His Hair),
Provoking Others to poke me on this. Had a fight with Aman Sidhu even after that. He was a headache
literally.

- Manish Bhushal- Showing me Anil Kapoor hairy photos so I feel ashamed and embarassed in cab
plus other misbehaiour.

- Abhishek Sumit Suren- In the parking whole group together making monkey sounds “Khee Khee
Khee Khee”. Abhishek made sounds continously till 10 minutes. Gurleen kaur saying stop it stop it,
don't do it. Thanks to Gurleen for supporting.

-Aman Sidhu- Being a cut sardar (Who cuts his hair), he insulted me infront of others, said "Ihne Saare
Baal" (Oh Man !! You got so much hair) staring at my arms. I retaliated, Teri jaise to nai jisne beard hi
kaati huyi hai (Not like you who trims hair and beard). He got his reply. Two days after he again made
similar comment "Phaaji Itne Baal" (Oh Man !! You got so much hair ) in front of all in insulting style,
now I grabbed him and my manager Gaurav Devgan controlled me.

- Puneet Tyagi- Two weeks ago I went to fill my water bottle near AT and T process in my office and
this guy started making religious comments ""MEHERBAN KADARDAAN SHOW SHURU HONE
HI WALA HAI, ABHI AAP DEKHENGE INHE CYCLE CHALATE HUYE" (Ladies and Gentlemen,
the circus show is going to start now, you will now see them riding and driving bicycles shortly)
pretended that he is telling this to other guy on other seat and spoke loudly so I could listen easily and
he started staring at me like he is pointing at me and indirectly showed that I don't care about these
comments and started making fun of me and he repeatedly said these lines. Now tell me, who drives
bicycles at circus, its monkeys, its clear it is racial comment.

Other day also I heard comments like "WHERE HAVE YOU SEEN HIM? OTHER PERSON
ANSWERS "IN A DELHI ZOO". What do they mean by this? Its clear from their conversation that
they are giving me racial comments which strictly insults my religion.

I asked his name and following is the copy of escalation I marked to Human Resource Manager Mr.
Manish Sharma on 2nd November, 2015. Please read below:

" Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I am the employee of process MSWM, NAME - Jasjeet Singh, ID-08149g
have been facing bullying issues in IBM since I joined the company from various guys inside my
process and outside and I have informed management continuously about those cases.

The most recent case I want to bring to your notice is from the person who is in AT AND T process this
time and his name is (name) who sits near the water cooler. On Friday, 30th October 2015 during the
late evening when I went there for having water, he started using religious racial comments against me
insulting me and my religion directly "MEHERBAN KADARDAAN SHOW SHURU HONE HI
WALA HAI, ABHI AAP DEKHENGE INHE CYCLE CHALATE HUYE" (Ladies and Gentlemen,
the circus show is going to start now, you will now see them riding and driving bicycles
shortly)pretended that he is telling this to other guy on other seat and spoke loudly so I could listen
easily and he started staring at me like he is pointing at me and indirectly showed that I don't care
about these comments and started making fun of me and he repeatedly said these lines.

These lines clearly tell that in circus monkeys ride and drive the bicycle. What does he want to show
am I a monkey? He clearly tries to show it. I have no introduction with him and never had a
conversation previously. And I cannot understand why he has done it. Its for sure that many people
from our process secretly told him to have this behaviour. Other day also I heard comments like
"WHERE HAVE YOU SEEN HIM? OTHER PERSON ANSWERS "IN A DELHI ZOO". What do
they mean by this? Its clear from their conversation that they are giving me racial comments which
strictly insults my religion. These instances and behaviour I have been facing since I joined the
company and continue to face in my process as well still spoiling my image strictly which has
affected me in many ways.

It has become a continuous problem and a daily headache for me and it affected my efficiency and
performance in the past and still. After reporting this issue previously to the management I see no
change if same thing is happening. I also opted for medicine also for depression due to these issues.
They are not changing their behaviour. They generally behave this way on Friday so that I forget this
till Monday and also so my weekend gets spoiled and they pretend they do not know anything. I can
also retaliate but as I do not want to create any indiscipline and spoil the environment of the company.

Its my kind request to management that the relevant action must be taken against this person named
(name) and this behaviour should be stopped immediately.

This is clearly of "Harassment" case. You can directly contact to senior management/upper in IBM in your chain.

If I continue this I remember I stopped wearing contact lenses in my eyes so I cannot see their faces
which were made when they used to see me which gave me disturbance lot of times. My far eyesight is
weak, so I use contact lenses in my eyes. My decision of not wearing contact lenses was right as I was
happy not looking their faces. It was my defence mechanism to prevent myself from seeing them as
they used to make actions like, Itching like Monkey, showing or offering me Banana or Peanut to eat,
or walking like Monkey, pointing at me, after I stopped contact lenses they played smartly again. They
now started taunting me on various things like Hair, Body Hair, Monkey sounds like Khee Khee Khee,
Gorilla sounds like hoo hoo hooo hee heee hee, Chimpanzee sounds, Come on monkey eat banana,
peanut, or making comments like Hanumanji (Hindu God named Hanuman) Ka Bandar (Monkey),
which was later changed to Jumanji Ka Bandar (Jumanji movie’s Monkey) or Thudda Parta Hai Roz
Piche Se (He gets kicked everyday from behind). Once I remember Shivam was making Gorilla sound
and pretended he is making sound on Savita and then looked at me and gave looks like he is pointing at
me.

Now if we talk about India, this phrase is quite popular “ Gandhi ji Ke Teen Bandar “ (Mahatma
Gandhi has Three Monkeys). Now Sandeep at my back said “Teeno on call” (All three on call), then I
confirmed from SME Rajat Tomer if three people are there on call or only me, he said “only you (me)
on the call”. Its quite clear they called me Monkey. Or when I would talk to any girl, they made sound
Khee Khee Khee and laughed out of jealousy. They tried to spread so much of gossips and rumours that
people from other departments and processes started recognising me and started making actions
(monkey, gorilla, chimpanzee) and making sounds like KHEE KHEE, or Hoo Hoo Hoo Haaa Haaa
Haaa, similar to chimpanzee laughs. They damaged my image and reputation in front of almost
everyone. However, few sensible and good people applied their minds to not to trouble me. Thanks to
them.

And to talk more about Shivam Sharma, he is very negative & jealous guy and cannot tolerate anyone
superior to him in anyways. He has a habit of talking behind them but have no guts to talk to a person
in front of him. I also know how bad he is in his English speaking and writing. He always fumbled
while speaking and several times noticed his lack of confidence in speaking it and spoke very low
while speaking English. Also Mukesh Kumar (Ex Employee) told me about him that he lies in front of
everyone that he owns a big factory, however , in reality he owns a dirty and small shop of Scrap
(Kabari Ki Dukaan, he is Kabaari Wala in other words), Waste and Old Material in a very dirty area of
Ghaziabad (India).

Many times indirectly they tried to provoke me to fight with them by making comment on me and then
turn the conversation to other person by first making racial remark, then changing on to other person,
like he is talking to someone. Shivam or his group first makes racial remark, then say “KYA HUYA,
COMPUTER HANG HO GYA?” (WHAT HAPPENED, DID YOUR COMPUTER FREEZE?) when I
did not respond to his negative talks. Provoking me to fight with him and showing me weak and feable
in front of all at the same time. One can ask anyone here in Morgan Stanley process how negative is his
behaviour. Mostly their group, Shivam Sharma, Sandeep Kumar, Abhishek Pandey and Tushar Bagga
always kept check when is the right time to make sounds or make actions. I noticed whenever
Himanshu Singh Sir (Process Manager) was not on the floor or my immediate manager (Gaurav
Devgan) is talking to someone. There are n number of incidents to talk about here, once they
commented saying “SAB THEEK HO JAYEGA JAB BANDAR NACHEGA” (EVERYTHING
WOULD BE FINE WHEN MONEKY STARTS DANCING) or few days back I heard from Sandeep
Kumar uttering “KYA KHATE HAIN YE? YE KELE KE PERON KI JADE KHATE HAIN” (WHAT
DO THEY EAT? THEY EAT ROOTS OF BANANA TREE). Or they would use the word again and
again “BAAL” (HAIR) or BAALMIKI (NAME OF HINDU GOD) or use this word in one or other
forms like, ROM ROM (HAIR), or RAUNGTE (HAIR in Hindi Language) and whole group would
laugh. There are many instances once they commented “TUU RING SE JUMP KAREGA, TUU RING
SE BAHAR KUDEGA” (WILL YOU JUMP OUT OF THE RING?). Its clear animals do it in circus.
Few days back I went to Shivam to talk if he has any problem, I said “ MUJHE BAAT KARNI HAI” (I
WANT TO TALK TO YOU), he simply refused and later in the shift shouted and said on the floor
“ABHI JUMANJI KE BANDAR SE BAAT KARVATA HUUN” (LET ME ARRANGE YOUR
MEETING WITH JUMANJI’S MONKEY). You cannot call it a descent behaviour. At the end of this
mail I will mention everything how they behaved me with date and time since I started writing. I
started writing it some time ago, if I would have written since starting, it would have been a long list. In
short if I talk about, they made my life a living hell in IBM. Today I am leaving because of their
inappropriate behaviour.

Many times due to their misbehavior I got frustrated because no one was listening. If I would approach
my boss, or Himanshu Sir (Process manager). He would just give them councelling and after few days
same things would start again. Many times I approached Mr Tim Baker on Sametime chat even as he
gave me training when he came to India when Morgan Stanley process started. I had a good
understanding with him, also IBM has a policy that you can share your problem with anyone here. He
tried to help me many times. Following are chats which I had with him:

Complaints I made little impact on them. It lasted for few days or they further started provoking me
again because they did not feel good after I informed management about them. Definitely it made a
difference, but just for few days. They continued to trouble me through one or other or kept telling
other people to trouble me or commenting on me. I saw Shivam to ask girls to make sounds like Khee
Khee or Khuu Khuu, or back biting on many things. I would suggest everyone to be careful of him. For
his self interest he can say anything to others about you or can go to any level down to insult you.

Many times I felt happy because generally people behave this way when they are jealous of somebody.
I knew I have some quality in myself which is making them jealous, however when something exceeds
the limit, you would have to take some action. They tried so hard to trouble me so I can leave this
company anyhow so they get promoted fast or I get provoked and end up fighting with them and
company fires me out of job. Thanks to my patience level.

They continued to make monkey fighting sounds on the floor. Or sometimes Shivam started
commenting me on my AGE commenting “HE IS OVERAGE “ or “ HIS AGE IS GONE NOW” or
“HE IS ELDERLY” or “MR ELDERLY” or making actions which Old People make like making
actions with comments like “BLESS YOU” or “GOD BLESS YOU” in trembling voice or they would
make a remark or make comment stressing the word AGE, AGE, AGE. Similar way they used to call
another employee named Mukesh Kumar who resigned from IBM in 2014 because of Shivam Sharma
and Manager Sumit Sharma as they used to call him “BARE HAIN” (HE IS ELDERLY) many times
and made fun of him. I myself saw and heard them troubling Mukesh. I will mention Mukesh’s story
below shortly.

After all this when my process MSWM ended, we all went to training in AT & T (I am in AT & T now)
process where I faced similar behaviour from Sandeep like making actions like yawning and opening
big mouth like Chimpanzee and saying “HAMARE PURVAJ YEHIN BAITHE HAIN” (OUR
ANCESTORS i.e. MONKEYS, ARE SITTING HERE). Shivam came in training room sometimes
commenting on me saying “BAHUT BADE LOG HAIN BHAI BAHUT BADE LOG HAIN” (VERY
ELDERLY PEOPLE THEY ARE), but now I started ignoring them because I knew they are the ones
who would not stop all this. Many times I saw Shivam making fun of Priyanka Mukherjee also,
imitating her walking style in a funny manner with Stomach outside and commenting “AISE CHALTI
HAI NA YEH” (THIS IS THE WAY SHE WALKS). Later she told me how fed up she is from Shivam
too, she expressed me how many times Shivam has troubled her. Also she told me that Shivam Sharma
is the biggest bully here and a black hearted guy.

MUKESH KUMAR's STORY

Mukesh Kumar was an innocent guy working with IBM in Morgan Stanley Wealth Management
stream. Little elderly to others with very shrill or womanly voice and short height. Everybody made fun
of him because of this. In November 2014 he left IBM. I remember he shared with me how
management wanted him to leave IBM. He was indirectly troubled in the form of indirect bullying. He
was called psycho, employees deliberately started calling him psycho without reason.

Reason was that he was not performing well and management indirectly started troubling him. He
shared how supervisors and FLMs (First Line Managers) made fun of his shrill voice and told him he is
not good at taking calls and his voice was so womanly that customers thought there is a lady on the
call. Supervisors continuously pressurized him to leave this job. They made his life living hell in this
office.

Guy Shivam Sharma and Manager (FLM) Sumit Sharma again played big role to trouble him till end.
They discriminated him by calling him BADE HAIN (ELDERLY), or his mouth smells, whenever
something happened. I am eyewitness of his harrasment. They used to pass some or other comment on
him specially whenever they used to pass from in front of him or nearby or laughing at him
deliberately. He took help of Mr. Luv Changrani, who warned them not to do this, but they started
troubling him more after this. Eventually they troubled him so much by continuous commenting that
one day he started crying loudly on the floor. I remember he sat just one seat besides me and when he
started crying, Boss Mr Himanshu Singh came to console him and it was Friday (November 2014)
when he cried and Monday he resigned from the company. And before he left the company he shared
with me few things. He told they discriminated him by calling him BADE HAIN (HE IS ELDERLY),
also he said Sumit Sharma (Manager) and Shivam Sharma commented on him saying that he has taken
DAHEJ FROM HIS WIFE'S FAMILY (DAHEJ IS KNOWN AS DOWRY OR GIFTS FROM WIFE'S
FAMILY, WHICH IS ILLEGAL IN INDIA). So he could not resist this and started crying loudly on the
floor. Those guys literally made him outcast. Later those guys; SHIVAM SHARMA, SANDEEP
KUMAR, ABHISHEK PANDEY, TUSHAR BAGGA AND OTHERS IN THEIR GROUP imitated his
crying style and made his fun. Later when he resigned from company, I heard Shivam Sharma and
Manager Sumit Sharma admitting they were responsible for crying of Mukesh and due to him
(MANAGER SUMIT SHARMA) he resigned. I am clear eyewitness of it. Whenever he complianed
management about their misbehaviour, management acted as deaf ear and in front of Boss (Process
Manager Himanshu) those guys acted as innocent and proved they have not done anything.

He also told me that several times he has complained to management and nobody is listening to him.
Rather they started calling him psycho.

I think IBM has old policy of calling people psycho. Same attack happened on me as well. Below is
Priyanka Mukherjee's escallation which says she is psycho:

Sir,

I want to bring my concern into your notice, Harshvardhan seth is using unprofessional language
against me on the floor, i have heard him saying all that. but ignored many times.

Yesterday, again i heard him saying that i m mentally unstable and i influence other people. Actually
which in result becoming a cause for mental harassment and i cant concentrate on work at all.
And i think Sir SME's are supposed to support us not to judge us. Is this professionalism.
I faced this issue with no other SME, except Harshvardhan seth. He is always rude to me.
He is biased against me, he always try that i do not get any support from any one whenever i get
stuck on call.

I think all these are enough reasons for an employee to get mentally harassed.
I hope you will take some action against this so that this will not happen with anyone else.

I also remember an incident of a guy named Hitesh Dhawan in AT & T process. He already left the
company last year in December 2015, met me before he left and told me that management called him
psycho because he is going to complete 5 years in company. And on this basis he was fired from the
company. He also explained to me that they do not want to pay him Gratuity Bonus, that is why they
are trying to prove him psycho or mentally ill and not fit for working in IBM and was asked to leave
before he completed 5 years.

Now below is the record of their misbehavior since I started noting down each and every instance after
everything went intolerable:

- 7TH NOVEMBER 2014- MUKESH KUMAR STARTED CRYING ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE
MANAGER SUMIT SHARMA, SHIVAM SHARMA, SANDEEP KUMAR HUMILIATED HIM
AND HE LOST HIS CONTROL OVER EMOTIONS. LATER I HEARD SUMIT SHARMA
DISCUSSING WITH SHIVAM SHARMA THAT HE HUMILIATED MUKESH KUMAR, THAT IS

AND WAS THE PART OF MORGAN STANLEY PROCESS PREVIOUSLY CAME ON THE
FLOOR AND SHIVAM SHARMA AGAIN COMMENTED “ BE CAREFUL GUYS FROM HIM, HE

right to work with this company. They should be fired.

PS: To add more, later he also bullied me with actions only. He continued to take the reports from my
manager about me and accordingly using the mind tricks he bullied me. Now he was using only non
verbal actions to bully me. Manier times he and his friends used actions, like showing me big eyes to
challenge me to fight with them. Actions were like calling me using their hands, ( like come on, come
on ), so I dont have any proof of telling anything to the management what they have said me, also they
should laugh on me if I explain his behaviour. Somebody senior was definitely helping him to do all
this.

Now To show his (Shivam Sharma) innocence, he started using his display picture with Sikh friends,
that he is not racist to Sikhs. He started clicking his pictures with Sikh people that he is not racist, or
uploading his whatsapp pictures of Golden Temple (Darbar Sahib). But the reality is in front of the
world now. Why would I write this type of long book otherwise. Its simple that he is guilty and trying
to prove his innocence. Usual human behaviour.

Also would tell you that he ran away from Facebook hiding and deactivating his profile for many days.
Which proves that he was guilty and full of fear now.

Also, let me tell you that its May 2019 and I am still taking the medicine as he created such a havoc for
me.

Also let me tell you what was his general behaviour on the work floor, his habit was to sit on the chair
like he is the Don of IBM (Dada of IBM) and called Praveen for his foot massage on the floor, his
words were " AAJA BETA AAJA, PAON DABA DE MERE (Come Praveen Son, come come and give
me a good foot massage)

Even I heard him Bribing our Team manager for giving him the promotion to the next level when he
saw others are getting promotion to the next level CTS department' I clearly heard him talking to our
manager, “BROTHER KUCH LE DE KE BAAT BANTI HO TO I WILL PAY THE MONEY TP THE
MANAGEMMENT FOR THE PROMOTION” (Brother I am ready to give money for my promotion
to CTS, if its possible I am ready) on this manager said he will talk to his manager about it. On this
when our manager when talked to his senior manager, he said, “SHIVAM KO BOLO APNI YE
HARKATEIN BAND KAR DE” (Tell Shivam to stop his behaviour)

I have written such a long book, that clearly means that I have been really troubled by this man. After I
escallated about him, IBM management told me that they took some action, but I was not told what
action. But if this man still exists in IBM, shame on this company.

Its simple that this man must be really taught some lesson as he insulted my Gurus (Masters of
Sikhism) and my religion.

I have created a Facebook Page on it with the name HOW SHIVAM SHARMA AND OTHER IBM
