PAIRMENTED MANGO

Problem: Does the temperature affect in fermentation?

Objectives: To know if the temperature affect in fermentation?

Hyphothesis:

Null (ho) : The temperate will not affect in fermentation.

Alternative( ha): The temperatu will affect in fermentation.

Material:

2 mason jars 1 Kilo of Sugar

2 kilo of mango Casserole

Knives 1 kilo of salt

Chopping Board Mixing bowl

Procedure:

Prepare all the materials needed

Peel the mango

Slice it into strips

Put it into two seperate jars

1 tablespoon of salt in jar 1 and mix it in mixing bowl.

Put 1 tablespoon of sugar and salt in jar 2 and mix it.

Put hot water in jar 1 and container 2

Cool down in 5 minutes

Put the 2 jar in the refridgerator

Put jar 1 in room temperature.
