Please read carefully the terms and condition written in this contract.

1. All wedding/event consultations will be made by appointment only. Your first consultation &
estimate is complimentary. Future changes to your estimate may occur any time after booking
and up to 30 days prior to your wedding/event.

2. a) We require a 50% deposit to secure the date of your wedding/event and to continue the
design process if booked at least (3) three months prior to the wedding, the following 20% (2)
two weeks before the wedding and 30% upon completion.

b) 75% deposit is required if booked in less than (3) months prior to the event and the remaining
25% upon completion.

c) Due to the time spent on planning and designing your wedding/event, the deposit amount is
not refundable for any reason.
3 To insure a high level of quality and product, Fleur lu Jul reserves the right to make appropriate
floral substitutions when necessary. In this case, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will
be maintained and the flowers of equivalent value will be used. Please inform your designer if
there are flowers you deem as unacceptable alternatives. Due to the nature of organic
materials, Fleur le Jul cannot be held responsible for variations in color or size of flowers.

4 All vases, containers, liners, arches, lighting, etc. used for your wedding/event belong to Fleur le
Jul unless stated otherwise on your floral estimate. You are responsible for returning all rented
items to Fleur le Jul the week following your wedding OR Fleur le Jul will retrieve these items
from your event location(s) for a fee. A deposit of 10% of the total rental fee is required and is
refundable upon the return of the items. In the event that rental items are missing or damaged,
Fleur will contact you with the amount due to settle the following charges.

5 If you choose to provide your own vases/containers, we will need these items in the shop no less
than 7 days prior to your event. All containers should be delivered to the shop in the condition
you would like them used. [Clean, polished, free of tags and debris]

6 Delivery, set-up, “flipping,” relocating, and rental retrieval fees are quoted based on the
information provided during the initial consultation. You may incur additional fees due to
changes to your design or logistical plan, restrictions made by venues or other vendors, multiple
delivery locations (i.e. hotels, bridal suites, or bakeries), unexpected/unplanned labor required
on site.

 7 Our Commitment to is to provide all the services specified in your Wedding Proposal/Wedding
Order, and work with you as any adjustments need to be made up until your wedding date.

8 All flower arrangements will be made no more than one (1) day before the ceremony to ensure
freshness and the long lasting quality of the flowers. Please feel free to contact us in the event
of an unexpected circumstance, and understand that while we will do everything conceivable to
make your day as special as is possible, please be aware that there may be additional charges.

9 An occular visit of the venue will be made (3) weeks before the wedding date. Rules and
regulations of the church/venue should be discussed at this moment to plan proper adjustment
if needed.

10 Fleur le Jul should be informed at least (2) months before the wedding date if there is any
chages on the date, time and venue. Failure to do so may forfeit the deposit and rental fees.
