To whom it may concern:

I've known Tyler since 2015 when I hired him for an internship at Kionix as an Applications
Engineer. During his internship he demonstrated an ability to learn quickly and apply his
skills to get results effectively and efficiently. He was proficient at both hardware and
software and worked very well with others within the organization. When he became
available, I recruited him for a permanent position as an Applications Engineer. It proved
to be a great decision as he immediately started making an impact. His role included a
diverse range of responsibilities from software and algorithm development, to customer
technical support, to test development, to marketing activities (such as development of online
content and design). He is enthusiastic and eager to learn, demonstrates creativity and
problem-solving skills, and works very well with others, both inside and outside the
organization. I can confidently say he will be an asset wherever he works and have no
reservations recommending him.
