Document Development Exposition: Correspondence

Explain in detail your document’s development from planning to finish, describing your
challenges, how you overcame them, and what you learned.

Planning
The email was hard to do because I’m not use write email in such a formal way; nevertheless, I
enjoyed finding a more formal way to communicate my ideas through an email. It was also hard to
write t this paper as I was part of company writing to my CEO or my own company to improve or fix
a real problem.

First Draft (for peer editing)

My first draft didn’t have enough information and was a mess with organization. There was no
difference between name address and actual body email. I also needed to conclude my email with a
nice ending that was missing, and I had no information to contact me back.

Second Draft (for your packet)

I received feedback to improve my email by being more specific and also adding my information to
the email. Also, I separated paragraphs and some information I had before the body of the email.

Final Draft (for your portfolio)

I added headings and subheadings to the email. I Also edited the style of the whole email. I added a
tittle that was missing in the email. Also, I had to fix some grammar mistakes on my final email.
