A RESOLUTION FOR THE UPCOMING EVENTS OF THE TVL CLUB OF THE

DON RAMON E. COSTALES MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

WHEREAS, the TVL Club shall hold different activities throughout S.Y. 2019-2020 in
Don Ramon E. Costales Memorial National High School.

WHEREAS, the TVL club will be conducting a Mobile Legends Tournament on August
14 – 15 in line with the Intramurals as Mobile Legends is an e-sport with a registration fee
of Php 150.00 per squad which consists of 5 members with the following prizes:

1st Prize: Php 1,000.00

2nd Prize: Php 500.00
3rd Prize: Php 300.00

WHEREAS, the proceeds of the mentioned activity will be consumed for the bulletin
board of the TVL strand.

WHEREAS, the TVL Club will be selling lanyards for the TVL Strand for Php 80.00.

WHEREAS, the proceeds of the above activity will be consumed for the signage of the
TVL Building.
WHEREAS, that the TVL Adviser or TVL treasurer has the sole right to collect the amount
incurred to the student.

WHEREAS, the collected amount of the TVL Adviser or TVL treasurer shall be consumed
for the expenses of the mentioned activity as well as the proceeds of this endeavor.

WHEREAS, the collected amount of the TVL Adviser or TVL treasurer can only be
retrieved by the TVL Adviser or TVL treasurer in the necessity of its usage.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Techonology, Vocational and

Livelihood Club will be conducting the Mobile Legends Tournament on August 14-15,
2019 held at the Don Ramon E. Costales Memorial National High School involving the
students and faculty on the various activities of the aforementioned endeavor.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 1st day of Agust 2019.
