2) disconnect internet!
5) run ActivatorAcronisTI(H).exe
if you read "activation successful!" everything is ok
Run activator in every account if you have more than one users
(If using the initial 2017 version)
If that doesn't help: uninstall, reboot, then run the Acronis cleaner
(option 2) before reinstalling:
