 Improvements to Microscope Simulator

 Fixed issue with Multistep guided mode and the VZ series of scopes
 Fixed zero field particle issue in Automatic Measurements report.
 In certain circumstances the user couldn’t set more than 3 predictive focus points
using Power Mosaic. This is resolved and the number of points is no longer limited
to 3.
 Sometimes the wrong scale bar was displayed under the Cleanliness Expert filter
report. This has been corrected.
